We will provide semi-annual inspections completed by qualified technicians to insure more efficient equipment operation.

These inspections will include the following services.

1. Replace/Clean Filters
2. Lubrication of Motors
3. Check/Clean Condensate Pump and Drain Lines
4. Inspect Indoor & Outdoor Coil
5. Tighten & Inspect Electrical Connections
6. Adjust Tension on All Belts
7. Check Controls/Thermostat for Proper Operations
8. Check Refrigerant Charge
