After reviewing several reputable suppliers, I came upon Don Lowe & Sons. Don was very responsive to my requirements. A new HVAC/heat pump system was installed on time and with careful attention to detail and cleanup. 
It is difficult to find the words to express the appreciation my wife an I have for you and your staff after you bailed us out of a severe furnace problem last week. There's nothing quite like discovering your furnace has failed-after 6 PM on a cold day. But that's what happened. 
I placed a call to your office around 7 PM, knowing that no one would be there but hoping for a "quick assist" the next morning. We were very pleased when Adele called around 7:50 the next morning to say help was already on the way.
Terry and Wyatt arrived shortly after her call. They were true professionals: competent, efficient, and friendly. And we liked the fact that they are both army veterans. We had no reason to question their diagnosis: Our 28-year-old furnace could at best only be coaxed to run a bit longer; a lasting solution was a new furnace. Our attention turned to determining our next steps. 
My wife and I discussed replacing the A/C (the same age as our furnace). I discussed that option with Dave by telephone, which was very helpful to us in determining the variables and costs. Your men on site also helped, while concurrently getting another day of use our of our dying furnace. We were relieved to hear that both systems could be replaced the next day, an subsequently pleased when that promise came true. 
We thank Dave and all of your staff involved for rising to the occasion. Your company was here when we needed help. That validates a decision we made a perhaps 25 years ago, shortly a few years after buying the now-replaced systems. That decision was to use only your company to maintain and, when necessary, repair our heating and cooling equipment. At that time you were a vast improvement over the company which had installed that equipment - a company with which we parted ways after a bad experience with one of their technicians. We switched to you on the recommendation of Mrs. K., a neighbor of ours and even longer-term customer of yours, and we've never had reason to regret that decision. 
The two of us look forward to maintaining our relationship with you for as long as we live in our own house. Thank you for being the honest and responsive business that you are.

Terry showed up right on time on 5/26/15 and after being pointed to the problem area in my central air conditioner, wasted no words and went right to work. He finished the job quite quickly and did a thorough check of the system operation after completing the repairs. I wanted to thank you for the exceptional customer care and service I received from you on Jan. 7, 2014. The temperature and wind chill that day hit record lows and my furnace's ignitor failed. When I contacted your office about obtaining a replacement for it, you ordered the part immediately and made arrangements for me to purchase it that afternoon. When you realized the part would not be delivered that day because of an increase in orders for furnace parts due to the extreme cold, you offered to have a technician come and replace my ignitor that evening so that my family would have heat. Dave Lowe himself and one of his sons arrived exactly when you said they would and solved my heating problem within 15 mins. They were courteous, professional and a pleasure to talk to while they were in my home. But most importantly, Mr. Lowe, his son, and Adele showed caring toward me and my family by providing services that were not obligated to provide. You all went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected and I am very impressed and thankful. If I need any heating and cooling services in the future, I will contact you right away, since I do not think it is possible for another company to provide better customer care and services than you do. ~ Jack W.

 We use Don Lowe to service our Hvac system. When it was time to replace our 2nd floor heat pump we started with them. The provided a fair quote and delivered on their promise quickly. Within a week of our decision the new unit was installed. The technicians are always extremely professional and respectful of the house.
